CHENNAI: Rahul Gandhi took a brief pause from campaigning in Tamil Nadu for the Lok Sabha elections. Footage of him visiting a sweet shop at night has surfaced.

Shopkeeper Babu was surprised to see Rahul Gandhi unexpectedly. Spending half an hour in the shop, the Congress leader bought a kilo of gulab jamun and indulged in other sweets. He also took a photo with the shop staff before leaving. During his campaign visit to Coimbatore, Rahul Gandhi presented DMK President and Chief Minister MK Stalin with Mysore Pak.

The India Alliance's grand rally was held in Coimbatore recently, drawing crowds of thousands. Rahul Gandhi and Stalin both attended, making it a significant show of strength for the alliance ahead of the elections. During the rally, Rahul Gandhi criticized the BJP, stating that the India Alliance is poised to secure all seats in Tamil Nadu and dismantle the divisive and hate-spreading politics of the BJP.
